Dot Riser provides digital marketing, eCommerce management, and virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Outreach, and Cold Email Campaigns
  • Store management on Wayfair, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart
  • Product listings, optimization, and operational support

Services may be purchased as:

  • One-time purchase
  • Monthly recurring subscription
  • Three-month recurring subscription

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

  • Payments are processed in advance via the payment method you provide.
  • Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
  • Dot Riser reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with prior notice (max 5% per year).

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Dot Riser may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or material breaches of these Terms.
  • Certain obligations (payment, confidentiality, liability) survive termination.

5. Refund Policy

  • One-time services: Refunds only in cases where the service was not delivered.
  • Recurring subscriptions: No pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email (dot@dotriser.com).
  • Dot Riser may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds under exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, strategies, templates, and materials provided by Dot Riser remain our intellectual property.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Dot Riser materials without written permission.
  • Dot Riser may feature anonymized client work in our portfolio with prior approval.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary access, information, and materials required for service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals or information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party terms.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • Dot Riser does not guarantee sales, rankings, or ROI from campaigns.
  • You assume all risk related to the use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Dot Riser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
